As I am in West Palm visiting friends and family, my sister invited us over for dinner. My job is to bring the dessert. I was attempting to make a chocolate cream pie that my friend, Nancy, wrote about on her blog. After royally screwing that up, I turned to an old favorite of mine- vanilla cupcakes with vanilla icing. They are always delicious and kids love them! It might be a yummy treat for St. Patrick's Day, too! Just throw in a bit of green food coloring and you are all set!
