You may remember that I took some cake decorating classes a couple of years ago. I am the LEAST artistically creative person in the world. Just ask Anna P. my uber creative friend. Nonetheless, I LOVE to decorate cakes. I watch the shows, The Cake Boss, Cupcake Wars....all of them.
I made a birthday cake yesterday and saw how rusty my skills are. Here is a great resource if you are interested in making professional looking cakes at home! She gives excellent step-by-step directions and you can bookmark to watch them over and over again! Enjoy!
Like the new blog background and photo! Is there any way to make the static photo at the top smaller? Otherwise, you have to scroll down to see even the beginning of the latest post. Just a thought.
