Cracker Candy
1 sleeve of Saltine crackers
2 sticks butter
1 cup sugar
1 bag of milk chocolate chips
1 bag of peanut butter chips
3/4 cup toffee chips
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper (or wax paper). Cover the pan with one layer of Saltines.
Melt the butter and mix in sugar in a sauce pan until the butter is melted and the sugar is combined. Pour evenly over the Saltines. Bake for 5-10 minutes, until the butter mixture is bubbly. Remove from the oven.
Sprinkle the crackers with the chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, toffee chips and other toppings you might like (nuts, coconut, etc.). Cover with a sheet of wax paper and press the toppings into the hot butter mixture.
Put the pan in the refrigerator and let chill until firm. Break into pieces and enjoy!
